Join Jenn for an action-packed 30-minute cardio and strength building session. Class involves a combination of Tabata, intervals and other techniques designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there.
Spinning is a highly effective workout that develops endurance and strength. Expect to sweat and burn a ton of calories.

BoxMania Bootcamp- This is a non-choreographed class that uses power punching and kicking combo drills as well as interval training. It improves cardio, overall strength and balance.

P90X Live- So, who is P90X LIVE for? It’s for everybody. The program itself isn’t extreme. The extremeness comes from how hard you are pushing. You can do the entire workout with body weight only or with resistance bands or you do it with weights. You can do the cardio section without jumping. It’s designed to be a hard workout for P90X graduates, but it’s also designed to be a program that will allow new people to come in and build up their fitness and feel successful.

Step is our fresh take on the classic step aerobics class using an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. Improves overall movement.
